Meet the Chef

Camila Rinaldi

Camila Rinaldi is a Brazilian-born chef and the founder of Chamomile, a private dining studio based in New York City. With roots in advertising and a culinary path that winds through Brazil, Maine, and Manhattan, her work bridges soulful South American flavors with refined technique and minimalist elegance.

Her training includes celebrated NYC kitchens like Manhatta, Olmsted (Bib Gourmand), Estela (1 Michelin star), and Marea, but Chamomile is where her vision comes to life. Every menu is grounded in her zero-waste philosophy, love for seasonality, and belief that food tells a story — of place, memory, and emotion.

From Tropicalia-inspired dinners to quiet, crafted luncheons, Camila brings thoughtfulness, creativity, and a fierce sense of self to every table she sets. Her cooking is both grounded and imaginative, intuitive and intentional — a reflection of the woman behind it: bold, kind, and deeply rooted.
